Listed Alphabetically
Sturgeon

One of the oldest families of bony fish in existence, they are native to subtropical, temperate and sub-arctic rivers, lakes and coastlines of Eurasia and North America. They are distinctive for their elongated bodies, lack of scales, and occasional great size: Sturgeons range from 7–12 feet in length, and some species grow up to 18 feet.

Swordfish

Swordfish are large, highly migratory, predatory fish characterized by a long, flat bill. They are a popular sport fish, though elusive. Swordfish are elongated, round-bodied, and lose all teeth and scales by adulthood. They reach a maximum size of 15 feet and 1,400 lb.

Tarpon

The tarpons are large coastal fish prized by anglers. They grow up to 8 feet in length and sometimes weigh 200 pounds. When swimming in oxygen-poor water, tarpons can breathe air from the surface.
